The competitive landscape of downtown Fullerton has shifted, and so have we. Along with a refreshed look and menu offerings, and a focus on family-friendly dining, comes the new name, Madero 1899. A name that reflects our heritage and history. It symbolizes the deep roots we have had in the community for fifteen years, in a building that has watched over Fullerton for over a century.
